New build property in Southport, designed by us and purpose built for specific accommodation requirements.
The existing property was demolished, and the site was cleared in preparation for construction of the new build property. This new build property in Southport was designed and constructed by us to provide carers accommodation, a therapy room, an adapted kitchen and specialist ensuite shower room. Access to the first floor was made possible by way of a lift. To the rear the property also features an open plan kitchen and dining area with bifold doors leading out to a level access garden.
